End of the Pistons Game!

That was the biggest disgrace I have ever witnessed! Unbelievable! Piston's fans are PUNKS!

Artest fouled Ben Wallace with a minute and a half left. Ben Wallace went straight at Artest and shoved him with both hands at Artest's neck. Artest walked away and laid down on the scorer's bench right infront of Slick Leonard and Mark Boyle. A fan came up and poured a beer on Artest and hit him with a bottle. Artest went into the stands after the fan. Other Pacers went after Artest where they were then attacked by Piston's fans. The Piston's fans were punching the Pacers in the back of the head. One fan went out on the floor and attacked Tinsley from behind. As the players were leaving the court, fans were throwing bottles, beer and anything they could throw.

Pacers 97 - Pistons 82 in a game that was cancelled with a minute and a half left.

Listening to the radio postgame was very insightful as Mark and Slick were right in the middle of the melee. Mark ended up with a cut, but before leaving the air did provide a play by play of what happened.

Bottom line, Ben Wallace better be suspended and fined for attacking Ron and instigating the riot. The Piston's management better use video to identify season ticket holders and revoke their tickets. The Pistons better increase security, or should I say hire some security. How does a fan get right up to the scorer's table anyway?

This will be interesting to see how the NBA handles this. While the Pacers did end up in the stands, they were simply defending themselves. I'm sure the NBA will end up suspending the entire Pacer team for 5 or more games and doing nothing to the Pistons. Stay tuned...
