Mark Mangino is the head coach for the Kansas Jayhawks Football program. On Saturday his team was leading Texas in the 4th quarter when all of a sudden a series of bad calls led to a Texas comeback and a Victory.
Texas was ranked #6 at the time with 1 loss and can get into the BCS if they win out. That would lead to a big payday for the B12 if they could get Texas and Oklahoma both in. A loss and Texas would be out of the BCS mix.
So, could the B12 officials been asked to help Texas if at all possible? It's happened before... I've watched it happen numerous times in the B10. After all, the B10 helped JoPa get the win this past weekend over IU. Every call went Penn State's way... but I digress.
Mark Mangino called it like he and the nation saw it in his post game press conference.

The only sad thing is the University forced him to retract his statements.
