At least one Indiana University campus made a good hire for their Men's Basketball Program. Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne, IPFW, hired Dane Fife tonight to become their new head coach. This makes Dane Fife the youngest D1 head coach in the country at 25 years old.
Hmmmm... who might be able to beat Coach Knight's all time winning record? Dane is getting an early start.
I'm jealous of my parents... they are only 30 minutes away from Ft. Wayne. Maybe my Mom and Dad will turn in their IU tickets and drive 30 minutes instead of 3 hours. Guess I will be making a few weekend trips up North next year to see IPFW play.
