I hope all those teachers that supported Mitch are happy with that decision. Seems he did exactly the opposite of what he promised on the campaign trail. Thought that ISTEP switch to the spring was Mitch's slam dunk...
I hope all those home owners that were angry with the recent re-assessments of their properties and listened to Mitch talk about how he would lower their property taxes are happy.
Don't blame me... I voted for Joe!

This article actually helps make my point about how confused Hoosiers can become over time. From all of her examples you have to assume she thinks we'll be on Eastern daylight time. That being assumed, she states that start times for Colts games will change. This is a mistake because during MOST of the football season we're already on Eastern time. The biggest event start time changes will occur for the race fans when the Indy 500, Brickyard, and F1 race times are all adjusted for the eastern time zone.
I hope this is right, because now I'm confused too.
