So President Bush was in Indy on Thursday to speak to the Indiana Black Expo. In the crowd was Quinn Buckner. President Bush made the following comment:
"They tell me Quinn Buckner is here -- somewhere out there," the president said. "I'm old enough to remember the good old days in Indiana. Thanks for being here, Quinn. I'm honored you're here."
I find it interesting that even the President of the United States understands how far IU Basketball has fallen. ;-)

mr steve,
what do you think of this column posted by Mr Bob Kravitz of the Star.
doesn't it seem odd that the only sports columnist of the city's only paper is against the new stadium?
I can understand this viewpoint coming from Nuvo or someone who lives in Central township. But I thought Kravitz lived in Fishers. If he's so concerned about social problems in Marion County, why doesn't he move his family down here?
too lazy, to mark up the url in tags but trust me, I'm a trained professional :)
