Minneapolis Regional Picks

My picks for the Minneapolis Regional

First Round:

Villanova over Monmouth
16 still won't beat 1... but Ray's eye is the real story... to the media at least

Wisconsin over Arizona
Bo's Boys' patience frustrates Lute's athletes

Nevada over Montana
Nevada backs up the #5 seed with a win

Boston College over Pacific
The Eagles had a heck of a year in the ACC and it continues in the NCAA

Oklahoma over Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Rob Jeter did a nice job replacing Bruce Pearl... but his team comes up short against the Sooners.

Florida over South Alabama
I want to pick an upset over Slick Billy... but I've seen too many Alabama players and I don't see South Alabama doing it

Northern Iowa over Georgetown
Here's my upset of this region.

Ohio State over Davidson
And to think IU could have had Matta after last season... what could have been.

2nd Round:

Villanova over Wisconsin
Tucker pops out Ray's eye... but the real story is that Ray grabs it, shoots and scores

Boston College over Nevada
The Eagles get to rest a bit in the second round

Florida over Oklahoma
In a tennis match I'll take a Noah any day of the week.

Ohio State over Northern Iowa
Another win for the B10.

Sweet Sixteen:

Boston College over Villanova
In an old school B-East battle, the Eagles take the win

Ohio State over Florida
Matta vs Donovan... no contest

Elite 8:

Ohio State over Boston College
Matta serves notice that Ohio State Basketball is BACK!
