Sampson's Contract

As much as I like the Coach Sampson hire... I just don't know what to think of this contract...

I really don't like this statement:

IU will also impose whatever sanctions the NCAA deems necessary, which could be Oklahoma's former self-imposed sanctions or new restrictions the NCAA sets forth.

What if the NCAA in their infinite wisdom throws the book at Coach Sampson? I would have thought IU would have an OUT clause... but what do I know.
