Personally I dislike the pale hose... in fact I dislike most AL teams cause they don't really play baseball. Why does a Pitcher need a designated hitter to hit for him? He hit in tee ball, little league, pony league, high school, college and in the minors... why can't he hit in the majors? This is baseball... Hitting is a part of the game. But I digress.
This whole Sean Tracey situation is outstanding. When the boss says bean the guy, you bean the guy. And then to sit and cry on the bench after getting pulled and yelled at. There is no crying in baseball! He deserved to be sent down to the minors after that. Grow up!
And then Ozzie speaks about the Padilla beaning Pierzynski...
"If Padilla hit me twice, right now I'd be in the hospital or I'd be dead," Guillen said. "I will fight because of the way he hit him. I don't care if it was on purpose or not.
"When you get hit like that, that means there's something wrong. … Padilla wasn't throwing inside. Padilla hit [Pierzynski] because he wanted to."
