In their last tune-up prior to B10 action, IU beat Ball State 71-57.

Having seen Ball State stink up Hinkle earlier this year with undisciplined play, I figured this would be a cakewalk. Unfortunately IU sleptwalked early and Ball State scrapped for rebounds and putbacks. At the 10 minute mark IU finally woke up and absolutely shut down Ball State to end the half with a nice lead. IU extended the lead to 20 early in the second half as Ball State got undisciplined again... game over.
Up next Oden, Conley and friends in Columbus Tuesday night. Should be interesting.
