Scapegoat?

Nice to see IU found their scapegoat for phonegate #2... Rob Senderoff. Sampson couldn't possibly have had any influence or control over his assistants. Sadly this just highlights a lack of institutional control. Exactly what the NCAA goes after.

Very strange that they waited 2 weeks before forcing his resignation...

Could it be the administration heard that the NCAA was leaning to dropping the hammer and had to make another move? Not the move that will make any difference to the NCAA if you ask me.

Could it be the IU big donors demanded a head... and IU wasn't willing to give up the man in charge? Big mistake in my mind.
