An era ended early today as Arnold Palmer took his last drive up Magnolia Lane and his last strides up the 18th fairway at Augusta National. Arnie decided to make his 50th appearance at the Master his last. Will we ever have another golfer that connects with his fans the way Arnie did with his Army? Tiger may prove to be a better golfer, but he won't be a better ambassador for the game.
