More Ridiculous Lawsuits

I must thank a friend of mine for defending Cingular Wireless and convincing the Indiana Court of Appeals to dismiss this ridiculous lawsuit!

Court: Don't blame cell-phone maker for crash

I can picture the sudden onslaught of lawsuits had this one been successful. Revlon, Mary Kay and other cosmetic companies would suddenly be on attack from those that have been rear-ended while someone was putting on makeup in the car. Fast Food restaurants would have been under attack because they have drive thru's so that consumers can get food to eat in their car. Sirius and XM Radio would quickly go out of business from all those crazy folk playing with their remote control switching back and forth from 'America Left' to 'America Right'

Just to show how ridiculous this was, a Blondie cartoon was introduced as evidence... I only wish the paper would have printed the cartoon as a part of the article.

I don't know what 'C's Law Firm thinks about having their Company, or their Attorneys mentioned in a blog, so 'C' will remain nameless, but in this case, thank you for taking down the little man!
