It wasn't looking good down 1 going into the bottom of the ninth... but the Red Sox played small ball with their former Dodger Dave Roberts. Stealing 2nd, then scoring on Bill Mueller's single to tie the game at 4 and sending it to extra innings.
The bullpen kept the Yankees at bay until David Ortiz hit a walk-off 2 run shot in the 12th.
No sweep for the Yankees.
