And an interesting season it shall be...
Can this talented team live up to expectations?
Can they overcome the selfishness of the past and play as a team?
Can the offense take advantage of Sean Kline and D.J. White and play some inside outside basketball instead of relying soley on 3 pointers?
Will the athleticism of Pat Ewing Jr. and Robert Vaden lead to more easy transition baskets?
Will Bracey and Marshall drive for more layups and 10 footers, or will they settle for 3 pointers from NBA range?
Can the whole team play better pressure defense?
Can the post defenders front their men, or will they continue to play behind them?
Will the team communicate on help side defense, or will they continue to play one-on-one defense leading to easy layups without any help?
Will Mike Davis use the bench as a motivator? There is plenty of talent on it and no reason not to.
Will Kerry Rupp be able to help Mike Davis with in-game adjustments that have been non-existent in recent years?
Just a few of the questions that I will be looking for answers during the first few games. Should be a good barometer for the rest of the season.
